1. Booking
- Reservations can be made online or by phone.
- A credit card may be required to secure certain time slots, weekends, or large groups.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel or modify their reservation up to 24 hours before the booking time.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee per person.
3. Grace Period
We offer a 15-minute grace period. After this time, your table may be released.
4. Group Reservations
- A deposit may be required for large groups or private dining.
5. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
6. Dining Time
To ensure smooth service, we may have allocated dining times:
- 1.5 hours for tables of up to 4 guests
- 2-2.5 hours for larger parties
7. Allergy & Dietary Notes
Please inform us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
8. Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to guests behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
